1. Scope of Service

By booking with Reliable Auto Transport, LLC, you authorize us to act as your agent in arranging the transport of your vehicle from the origin to the destination specified in the order.

2. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

The customer must ensure the vehicle is clean for a proper inspection at pickup. All personal belongings must be removed. Reliable Auto Transport, LLC is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle or damage caused by such items.

3. Liability & Insurance (Carmack Amendment)

Carrier liability for damage is governed by 49 U.S.C. § 14706. Reliable Auto Transport, LLC ensures all assigned carriers maintain the required cargo insurance. Any claims for damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery and reported within 24 hours.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before a carrier is assigned may be subject to a small processing fee. Once a carrier is dispatched and assigned by Reliable Auto Transport, LLC, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by federal transport law and the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where Reliable Auto Transport, LLC is registered.
